We use Australia Post as our primary shipping carrier. All orders will be shipped via standard shipping, which takes approximately 7 business days for delivery.
Each order will be assigned a tracking number, which will be emailed to you once your order has been processed and shipped.
Our shipping rates are calculated based on the weight and destination of the package. The shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
In most cases shipping is a FLAT RATE of $10.00 per item.
Orders will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days of payment confirmation. Please note that we do not ship on weekends or public holidays.
Delivery times are estimated based on the shipping method selected and the destination address. While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, we cannot guarantee delivery dates. If you need your order by a specific date, please contact us prior to placing your order to discuss expedited shipping options. We can do EXPRESS post at your additional cost.
At this time, we only ship within Australia.
If a package is undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, or if the package is refused or unclaimed, the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping the package.
Lost or Damaged Packages:
We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages once they have been shipped. However, we will do everything we can to assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier.
